Fritz Heinzel concluded the examination in December 1956 with "good". From 1957 to 1980 he worked as an engraver in the workshop for glass engraving. He died on 30.11.1995.
In a later written "Biography" we read:
"1932 gave me the ancient-art dealers and Altmann from Central Schreiberhau engraving work. Identify value, the portrait engravings of Karl and Gerhard Hauptmann, Goethe, Schiller and other engravings. "
In the magazine Glassworld was 1958 Fritz Heinzels Dominik Biemann's portrait engraved on a faceted glass block in the square format, size 13 x 8 cm "thoroughly discussed. It says, among other things: "It is not the first work, which demonstrates his ability Heinzel. Even previously, the artist, who now lives in White Water, with an engraved portrait of Goethe and Gerhard captain and continue with a cheerful Zilleglas attention professionals continue to be steered."2
He committed itself - unfortunately unsuccessfully - in the operation and in journals for the engraving, in the GDR as a luxury and therefore no longer was rejected. The official disdain prevented the GDR officials but is not limited to himself the luxury of engraving to perfection. On special jobs were working well-paid specialists in Party and government, which sometimes quite macabre specialties.
